2 Statewide Provider Database (SPD) KEY POINTS
SPD contains information on both DCFS contracted providers AND community providers who do not have DCFS contracts but work with our children & families SPD information is updated regularly, but you can help by alerting SPD staff to needed updates SPD saves you time by searching all the available resources for the closest provider that offers the service you are looking for. 6 Methods for Searching SPD
Manual Report lets you select service types and features in a specified location CANS recommended report provides automatic service recommendations using a child’s case id. SPD Organization Information is organized according to Agency, Location, Program, and Service. Each agency may have multiple locations. Each location may offer multiple programs. Each of these programs may offer many different services at each of their locations. 8 Manual Services Search Report: Fields
