3 The History As part of the Delawar Group, DFMC draws over 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate business. DFMC was incorporated in January 2002, becoming Egypt’s first facility management company. After years of experience constructing both residential and commercial properties, we saw a need for a company solely devoted to caring for these facilities once construction was  complete.  Guided by that vision, we created our company using the most advanced tools and techniques present in the FM field today.  With an average growth rate of 25% annually, our success has been blessed by both our dedicated employees and trusting clients.

5 Our Approach Launched at the end of 2001, DFMC Group established itself as an Egyptian Facility Management market leader in only a few years. Driven by our Clients needs, our business model has two fundamental principles: Outsourcing support functions to multiple service providers reduces the opportunity for cost savings Our single point of contact approach to facilities management means that our clients can focus on their core activities and leave us to manage their properties in the knowledge that we will continually re-evaluate cost without prejudicing service and keep them updated and compliant in respect of health , safety and environmental legislation. To perform, Facility Management requires both expertise and understanding DFMC are both managing contractor and service deliverer. Sensitive/business critical services are usually delivered by DFMC whereas specific services may be delivered through selected partners.

20 Quality Control ISO certification Internal Quality Control
For the time being DFMC has no ISO certification but we are planning: To get the ISO by 2012 and the ISO by 2013 Internal Quality Control DFMC works with its own quality system based on the British standard and the Egyptian standards to create it own benchmark as a mix of local and international standard. Our Call center and Facilities Inspectors constantly monitor the performance of our employees and constantly update our knowledge base
