7 Membership Fee Resolution
According to Bylaw Clause Membership Fee changes must be approved at a General Meeting. Thus the Board of Directors propose that effective January 1, the Membership Fees be amended as below: Individual Family $10 per year $20 per year (current $5) (current $15) Senior Associat e Corporat e $ 5 per year $20 per year $50 per year (current $5) (current $15) (current $100)

8 Special Resolutions (Caused by 2016 Change of Fiscal Year to Calendar Year)
Resolution allowing the 2017 Annual General Meeting to be held May 18 in lieu of existing Bylaws (Clause ) Amending Bylaw Clause to read “ The Board of Directors shall convene an Annual General Meeting of the Membership on or before June 30th of each year.”
