Think how the idea can be monetised Concentrate on making it a defensible business in the long run Spend time talking to potential customers before writing the plan

7 What you need to do (2) Verify that a ready market exists for the product or service you are launching. “Creating” new markets can work but rarely Write a business plan showing (realistic) sales projections and maximum funding requirement
