I/you/we/they + have(haven’t) + 3rd form of the verb.
Present Perfect We use it to talk about what you have or haven’t done in your whole life in general without any specific time. Have you ever appeared on the front cover of the magazine? Have you + 3rd form of the verb? Yes, I have. No, I haven’t. I’ve appeared on the front cover of a magazine. I/you/we/they + have(haven’t) + 3rd form of the verb. He/she + has (‘s) + 3rd form of the verb.

We can use ‘ever’ in questions to make them more expressive.
Have you dyed your hair blue? Have you ever dyed your hair blue? We can use ‘never’ to make answers more expressive. No, I haven’t. No, I’ve never dyed my hair blue!

Asking more questions Sasha, have you ever been on the front cover of a magazine? Yes, I have. If somebody says yes, we can use the Past Simple to ask about the details: When was it? What magazine was it? Why did you do it?
