- Pivot to the Pacific/Rebalancing of the Forces Greater Focus on the Pacific vs Europe Troop and equipment increases in: Phillipines, Guam, Australia, Japan, Korea Greater number of troops & equipment and thus $$ moving into the region. will need to help of local logistics operations DOD has very little ‘organic’ lift. Must rely on local partners
