Figure 1 (A) Chest x-ray (posteroanterior view) showed a cavitary lesion with an air-fluid level in the right upper lobe. (B) Computed tomography of the chest demonstrated a 6.7 × 5.2 × 5.1 cm cavitary mass with irregular thick walls and air–fluid level centered in the lateral aspect of the right upper lobe and an additional 1.1 × 0.8 cm rounded subpleural nodule in the anterior left upper lobe.
