Data Provider’s sensor acceptance test plan and results Documentation of processes that ensure sensor is properly maintained and operated Records to indicate that procedures have been followed and sensor is properly calibrated

Factory calibration report for all sensors proposed for use Manufacturer’s certification Data Provider’s certification Data Provider’s latest calibration report
