Additional time is charged at R per hour pro rata.
Venue hire is inclusive of 50 people R20.00 per head is charged on any numbers exceeding this.
Please consult us first when hiring in outside services.
Numbers to be confirmed on the Friday before your party.
 Indemnity: Whilst we provide the utmost care the safety and supervision of each child remains the responsibility of each parent and we shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss of life or loss of property or damage, sustained on the premises from whatsoever cause.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of R is required to confirm the booking.
DEPOSIT TO BE PAID WITHING 48 HOURS OF BOOKING. Provisional bookings expire after 48 hours and are then open to further bookings.
Balance to be paid in cash on the day or timeously to reflect on FNB account before the party, no cheques please.
The party host accept full responsibility for each child jointly and severally with each parent, whether such parent is attending the party or not.
Full payment will be due in the case of non-advisement of cancellation at least two days prior to party date.
I do / do not give permission for photos to be taken of my child’s party for marketing purposes.
