to God’s standards or values
No one does “Good” – no moral excellence in character
No “Fear of God” – no alarm or respect for who God is and what He says or does

he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus Rom. 3:22-26
