ePartner Portal Broad Principles:
The portal is designed for ePartners who wish to distribute Regus inventory by referring bookings directly into Titan. The first stage of the project allows management of the entire process through Registration, Authorisation, Partner Toolkit, Revenue & Commission reporting. It delivers centralised management of all aspects of the project through: Standard project Look&Feel Simple Partner registration process Full Information about and access to all eTrading Tools: API White Label Buttons & Widgets Directories There are 4 views of the Portal: A generic view available without the need for a login A Partner view, controlled so that users see only authorised materials A Regus Account Manager view that allows enrolment and other management of ePartners A Regus admin view that allows complete control of all portal data This presentation is for Account Managers. 1. What all users can do (no log-in needed)
Partners are directed to the site from either a: ‘Become a Partner’ page - solutions/become-a-partner/ or a Regus Commercial contact referral / invite Site URL = Non-members registration Read Brochure (overview of all eTrading Tools) Access to all user-facing documentation

Read Brochure Access to comprehensive overview information on all eTrading tools: The Quick Reference Guide is downloaded from the “brochure button”. It provides a guide to those methods Regus have for accepting eBookings. Its is designed to deflect technical questions to technical people at: It answers the basic question: What tools are available? and Gives links to deeper levels of explanation

Partner Registration is easy: enter name and company details, security passwords select the tools they are interested in 48 hour registration turnaround

2. What Regus Account Managers can do
When an Account Manager logs in, the page they see is a dashboard. From this page the Account Manager can control all the data for a specific partner under these headings: Partners Registration Reports Resources White Label Note the following: Partner Revenue Partner Pipeline (see Slide 7) New Partner Registration (see Slide 8) Partner Reports (see Slides 9-12) Demonstrations tab (see Slide 14) Resources page (see Slide 5) 5 1 2 3 1 2 4 3 4 6 5 6

Registering a New Partner
The Partner Portal home page screen (shown on the previous slide) has a button for registering new partner details. Account Managers register new partners by clicking on this button to open the Register a New Partner dialog box shown here. The required details are: Company Name Contact Name Address The selection of features required by this partner 4 1 2 3 1 2 3 4 5 6 Suppressing s It is possible to suppress the confirmation that will by default be sent to the newly entered partner by clicking on the check box. 5 Registration Partner Registration follows a button click. After registration they can start the process of getting a White Label site and using the API 6 8

Partner Reports - General
When an Account Manager clicks on the link on the dashboard, this page is displayed: 1 There are nine different reports available from the drop down. Of particular interest are the: Partner Activity Report Performance League Table Partner Commission These are described in the next 3 slides… 1

Partner Activity Report
1 This report is generated using a Start and End date Select the required Partner from the drop down: Click to generate the required report Outline Report is shown onscreen The Detailed Report is available from this button 2 1 2 3 3 4 4 5 It depends on your level of responsibility as to how many partner records you can see - e.g. a Regional Manager will see all partners in their region 5 This screenshot is a sample of the Detailed Report Reference No Country Centre No. etc. 6 Export to Excel 6

Performance League Table
The Report shows a list of all Account Managers with their achievements shown in terms of the absolute amount of: Revenue This Month Revenue This Year The chart shows Combined Revenue Further sections of the report using the same format show Revenue per Region and Revenue by the Top 10 Partners 1 2 3 1 2 3

Partner Commission Report
The Report shows a graph of commission earned by an individual partner over a specified period. Select the period using the From & To fields Select the Partner from the drop down list Click the button to generate the onscreen report The chart shows Commission earned on a monthly basis, indicating the number of bookings and the revenue that generated this commission. 1 2 3 4 For more information click Show Details button 4 The extra information shows booking details such as booking ref, country, centre number etc. To save, click Export to Excel 5 5 12

Partner View 1 Click the Partners tab for the Partner View
The Partner view gives overview information about each partner under a set of headings: Company Name Country Name Products Account Manager Name Each record can be edited Scan through the records using the arrow buttons 1 2 2

Demonstrations Screen sharing 14 1
Click the Demonstrations tab for the Demonstration View For each tool there is a set of information available – Guides, Downloads and Web Pages There is a set of generic (project) resources such as an NDA Partner collaborations can be seen from the Partners drop down 2 1 3 2 4 3 4 Screen sharing The Account Manager can share this screen with anyone to give a better idea of what is available to current or potential clients Click on the Screen Share button and give the client the URL that appears in the follow up window. In this case: Supply this to your contact. They will see what is within the green box on their own screen 5 5 Note: The Sharing session name is shown when you click the red button (your first name) and is added to the URL. You can change this to be appropriate for your specific demonstration 14
