Salary The Engineering Department Manager position would have a starting salary of $148, % of the total compensation amount This is based off of research of the industry position from and in both the US national and the local Florida averages This number is based off of the 75th percentile of the averages because we would be looking for someone with much experience in the field, along with the education required to complete the job efficiently
