Keri Miller will address the transition from the Management Reporting Portal (MRP) on SharePoint to JHBox. During Keri’s presentation, your phone will be muted. 10 Why we are transitioning from SharePoint to JHBox
In order to better assist with providing static financial reporting in a timely and efficient manner, a change in the posting process is being implemented. The current MRP site is no longer supported because it’s operating on outdated software that cannot be upgraded due to extensive prior customization.

Folders and files can be added to favorites The star icon signifies favorites. Click the star on the left-most menu to see your current list of favorites Favorites To create a folder favorite click the file folder icon and select the star icon ‘Add to Favorites’ To create a file favorite swipe left on any file name. A shortcut bar will appear. Click the star button to add to favorites

41 Conclusion The SharePoint MRP will be decommissioned as of January 31, 2017. JHBox will be the only online source for monthly Financial Reporting going forward. JHBox is currently available for use by those individuals actively accessing the MRP. If you do not currently have access are in need of it, please submit a service request to
