1 Leisure Farm Residents Committee Meeting Minutes
Committee of : Meeting 12 13th May :00am

2 Court Case Between LFC and Poresia
Court papers (attached) were released stating that the court case between Leisure Farm Corporation and Poresia Golf course has been lost by Leisure Farm Corporation as the ownership of the course has been purchased by His Majesty DYMM Sultan Ibrahim Johor. Leisure Farm is trying to work with the purchasers for the best possible outcome. As of now we do not have any details as to future plans for the golf course.

3 Court Case Between LFC and Poresia (cont.)
There are still court proceedings with the Japanese former owners of Poresia and Mulpha however Mulpha is unable to comment on the proceedings. A letter of concern will be sent to the senior management at Mulpha expressing our disappointment at finding out about the outcome of the court case from a Facebook post and not from the management of Leisure Farm. The letter will also address our overall concern with communications of progress with significant events/matters which continue to be difficult to obtain.

4 Third Entrance No further updates on this matter.
The residents survey planned for the Third Entrance is now being reconsidered to include recent developments eg Poresia A time frame was requested from Leisure Farm for development of the third entrance.

5 Financial Update Full report from Leisure Farm still to be received.
In summary 77% is now fully paid up LFRC Treasurer will be reviewing 2017 budget, maintenance fee recovery, cash flow and implications with LF Management.

6 Security Actions Driving standards: It was raised by various people about the Postman driving the wrong way along our roads. Leisure Farm has addressed him and his boss for him to cease this practice. There was some concern by committee members of the salaries paid by the Security company to ours guards. Going forward the Committee has requested with contract renewals the Security company discloses the guards salary structure. Wild Boar fencing for the Orchard is now under tender process.

7 Landscaping and Maintenance
Manhole Covers – Leisure Farm is working with various contractors to resolve this issue. One contractor is looking at flow rates. Another one is engaged in looking forwards and planning for future needs. Dog Park – Leash free zone. Robert Marek is having a meeting with residents to discuss plans.

8 Leisure Farm Residents Committee AGM
With the upcoming Summer break and Hari Raya (Eid) celebrations it was decided that the AGM should be delayed until after this time as many current Committee members and Leisure Farm Residents will be away. The AGM is always held at Bale Club which is currently under renovation. It is anticipated that the works will be completed at the end of September. After consideration of the above points it was decided that the next AGM should be held on October 14th 2017. Further details will be issued in due course.

9 Other Topics Committee Meetings are to fall on the first Saturday of every month at 11:00am (unless otherwise agreed). The next meeting is planned for 3rd June 2017.
