Web Portal UI Alignment
Align all etisalat web interface with the new Corporate Web Portal guidelines. Pushmail Voice SMS Choose your very special number SelfCare

SelfCare Review SelfCare billing system needs to be maintained.
Amendments is required for other features and services.

CMS workflow Allow the web content to go through different levels of stakeholder via the cms.

Self Help & Support An automated system that provides web users with additional information in all aspects in technical and product questions. Decreases the load on the Call Center.

Web awareness Increase awareness without any extra cost via:
Adding the URL through out TV Etisalat commercials Adding the URL in Etisalat’s hand bags Clarify URL in all Etisalat paper adverts.

Prepaid Recharge Allow an ease of service to prepaid customers
Increase value to the SelfCare service

Online Shopping Introduce a new way to sell Etisalat products via the web.
