19 In your group of 3 select a person A B &C:
Person A will talk for one minute on any subject. Person B will demonstrate they are not listening Person C will observe the body language of person A and person B. At the end of one minute share your experience and listen to the feedback regarding body language. Then rotate the roles so everyone has an opportunity to be A, B and C.

20 In your group of 3 select a person A, B & C:
Person A will talk for one and a half minutes on any subject. Person B will demonstrate they are listening. Person C will observe the body language of person A and person B. At the end of the conversation person B will repeat back everything that was said to them. At the end of one minute share your experience and listen to the feedback regarding body language. Then rotate the roles so everyone has an opportunity to be A, B and C.
