Course Requirements Class Participation (5 %)
Collective learning and attendance - Random roll calls - One free absence ( me) - ALWAYS present your name tent - Try to sit in the same place - If you miss more than two discussion sessions (classes) ZERO POINTS Class discussion - Case discussions (cold-calls) - You are required to complete the reading and participate - Quality > quantity - No laptops during discussions - Questions in guest speaker sessions - If you do not participate, you will get ZERO points

Course Requirements Quizzes (20 %)
Two quizzes, 10% each - Cover everything (lectures, discussions, readings ..) - Held during class time (NO Make-up exams without documentation) - Quizzes are open-book, open-notes, NO ELECTRONICS Quizzes will emphasize understanding and ability to apply the tools and frameworks learned in the class, as opposed to memorizing facts and definitions. Assignments (15 %) - Multiple assignments throughout the semester - Submitted individually by the beginning of the class on the due date - Cheating and Plagiarism will NOT BE TOLERATED - Submit an electronic copy + a hard copy [Late Submission NOT ACCEPTED]

Course Requirements Final Exam (60 %)
Written Exam, 10% - Cover everything (lectures, discussions, readings ..) - Exam is open-book, open-notes, NO ELECTRONICS Research Paper (Final Project), 50% - A complete research paper (including results and discussion) - To be completed individually or in groups (recommended) - This is the MOST IMPORTANT component of the class - Requires a lot of work and effort … Be ready!
