Digital Talking Book Players loaned for free
On loan for as long as the patron uses NCLBPH services
Special accessories, such as headphones, pillow speakers, etc
Free repair and/or replacement
DTBMs are loaned for free. Patrons can have 2 a t time to account for sending one back for repair.
Headphones, pillow speakers.
Biggest repair issue is with the batteries. Other issues include bad motherboards and machines that have had liquid spilled on them.
