Getting Started Initial Steps – Preparation and Checklist
What is your product – food grade or non-food? How will it be packaged? Is it frozen or dry, etc.? What is the supply chain environment? Regulatory considerations? Type of substrate – corrugated, cardboard, coated? Grade of thickness - flute size? Quantities – what is most economical to print? Design considerations - number of colours, size?

Ordering Process Next Steps
Design box prototype and dieline using computer aided design (CAD) software Quotation – 1 business day if scope of work is clear Placement of order – submit PO# to begin process 2 business days for credit app Prepaid orders welcomed Once prototype is approved, order die – 1 week Supply artwork to printer Printer’s proof created and supplied to customer – 1 week Printer’s proof reviewed and approved by customer

8. Once approved, tooling and materials ordered – 1 week Note: die and plates must be received before order is scheduled for printing 9. Manufacturing sequence Corrugating – 1 day Printing and cutting – 1 day Gluing, waxing and finishing – 1 day Shipping preparations – 1 day Note: Production of boxes – Allow 5-6 weeks for steps 1-9
