2. Motivation of creation
Positive:
let know the public audience of the academic institutions hot news on the mathematics and from the live of mathematical community,
make more popular the WWW portal of PTM among mathematicians and students of mathematics,
add an information transferred from another domestic and external mathematical websites,
promote some events displaying their posters. x

3. Motivation of creation
Negative:
stop expanding occupation of the best places of inner space of buildings by hanging monitors displaying advertising and various kinds of "spam”,
limit and stop the habit of conveying news throughout s, distributed by use of institutional distributing lists of faculty members etc.

4. Composition of MIS (MSI)
Technical part:
TV sets \geq 46 In, Smart, with Wi-Fi; used as monitors which are fixed in good spots of halls, passages, of academic buildings. Now we add “Raspberry \Pi” minicomputer as a transmitting device.
At now there are more than twenty of them distributed in some math units of all regions. One set in each local branch of PTM has been purchased by PTM and it is a property of the Society loaned to given institution, the remaining have been bought by serviced institutions.

5. Composition of MIS (MSI)
Software part:
a simple program reading first top news of given RSS encoded websites. It let to make basic screenplay planning the amount of news, their duration, and scrolling everything in (eventually different) repeating loops,
each recipient has his own domain and through an administration panel can modify up to 50 % of screenplay (a regulation).

7. Final remarks First experience: Limits in extension of MIS:
Positive applaud of a part of community. Compared with monitors providing a local information it is changing the displayed news more frequently and automatically.
To get the information to random passers-by the screenplay should consists of loops no longer than 10 minutes (increase density).
Limits in extension of MIS:
Software problems and problems with a creative administration (a person). 
Legal problems with property, maintenance, and insurance.
