Any interesting diary entry will contain the following:
What happened;
How you felt about what happened;
How what happened will change things in your life.

2. Diary writing Language:
The language you use should be appropriate for the diary.
Why?
Because the words you use tell the reader a lot about what kind of person you are.

3. Diary writing
For example: if you are writing a diary from the point of view of a teenager – like Adrian Mole – you should use words and phrases that a teenager would use.
If you are writing a diary from the point of view of an elderly person, you should use words and phrases that an elderly person would use.
