Need to replace Aviso ILL software May 1999 OCUL meeting University of Toronto ILL Transition Team software review October 1999 ILL Management software review by Tri-University Group (TUG) March 2000 OCUL ILL meeting unanimously recommends Fretwell-Downing's VDX software be used throughout OCUL Recommendation accepted by the OCUL Directors April 2000 OCUL established the OCUL ILL Task Group FD Contracts, Equipment Purchases, TIG staff hired
