7. To some it’s Five!
The number of “acts of worship” we have in the assembly is a critical.
It think the question needs to be: “Is worship taking place in your five acts of worship”

8. Worship should be conducted according to the instructions of God
However following the instructions of what to do does not necessarily mean you are worshiping
Worship is not just the logical mind following instructions – It is the connection of a tender obedient heart to it’s Father

9. The Spirit of Worship
Romans 8:14-16 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

Luke 2:9ff An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.

13. John 1:14ff
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

14. John testified concerning him
John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’ ” Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.

20. Colossians 1:13ff For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

23. Romans 8:31ff What, then, shall we say in response to these things

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

24. Who then is the one who condemns. No one
Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

25. As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

26. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[fn] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
