Tctpv – new design New RF finger cycling test required New design
VACUUM VESSEL JAW MECHANICAL TABLE TANK SUPPORT First solution NEW design: 20 mm bigger Bellow bigger Aperture ø91 mm Standard TCTP NEW design Stroke +40 ; -5 Standard TCS Second solution NEW design: Bigger bellow Aperture ø91 mm NEW design 10 mm thinner New design Old design ø80 ø134 ø91 ø134 New RF finger cycling test required

Tctpv – new jaw design (solution 2) Thicker back stiffener
Slim jaw design: Thickness optimization of jaw assembly allows saving 10 mm per side, keeping same jaw functionality. This translates into a 20 mm reduction of the tank width STANDARD DESIGN SLIM DESIGN Axle offset inward 10 mm Thicker back stiffener

The 2nd beam chamber must be flexible enough to assume this displacement (±5 mm) Source: R. De Maria (BE/ABP) 1480 1000 171 TCLX / TCTPH 175.1 175.82 TCLX TCTPH

TctpH / tclx common design
171 ±5 Bellow Chamber support New BPM RF contact The chamber of the second beam is insert on one side and welded on the opposite flange after assembly.
10
TctpH / tclx common design
The 2nd beam chamber cannot be bigger than ø60 mm The actual design must be modified to have tolerance margin between the 2nd chamber and the jaw. No automatic MKT connection A DN100 flange can be used also on the 2nd beam chamber, but really tight space for installation 5 DN 100 flange - aperture ø91 DN 63/100 flange - aperture ø60
