11 Programme - To Date FF Consolidation – (1 Week) Refreshing core basics

ICS Basic Internal Command Training Vector / Fire Studio Exercises Formal Assessment & Mentoring Duration.

13 Programme - Middle ICS Advanced External Command Training
Vector / Fire Studio – Internal Exercises & Mentoring Formal Assessment Duration.

14 Assessment – Duration 3 week sessions assessed via TC Staff
Lecture preparation & delivery – Ops Managers Mentoring Exercise Planning and attendance to complete specialist role Completion of Development Folder Internal verification via written assessments E-Learning Ongoing Operational Training Ongoing internal support via training sessions
