At Popcorn we believe that you cannot run a “Culture Programme” and then expect the culture to change and stay changed in the business. Our philosophy is that Culture should be pervasive in everything you do in your business. It is not something that you can type up in a document and stick on the walls, but rather something that is the basis of every decision and action in the business. 7 Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
Popcorn will source any employees you need . This service will be included in your retainer fee – the only extra charges will be for credit/criminal checks and for agency fees should the need arise (it should only arise in very specialist cases).

8 Driving Performance Outsourced facilitation
Performance management/Goal setting Design it Train staff on how to use it and why it’s important Make sure it happens Collate performance data and keep records Training and Development Get an understanding of training and development needs from the team (actual needs not a wish list) Source training providers Any-in-house training that can be done by Popcorn will be included in your retainer Coaching and Leadership development Supervisory and management practical coaching Basic management guides for new managers and supervisors Outsourced facilitation Materials development for bespoke courses Facilitation of Strategic workshops

9 Wellness and Engagement
Wellness/Engagement Popcorn will arrange various wellness events/education during the year to ensure that the team is well and healthy as well as engaged – mostly these will be low cost – budget will be approved before execution Popcorn will also engage with the team and understand the non-work issues that may affect their work Team-building Included in your retainer will be the facilitation of at least 1 team-building/strategic planning event. The direct costs of such an event will be for your cost Rewards Programme Together with the leadership team, Popcorn will design and implement a Rewards Programme for staff that will improve performance and engagement

10 Wellness and Engagement
Partnership with ICAS Popcorn has partnered with ICAS (an international Wellness partner) who will provide a 24/7 care line that provides employee support including assistance with Medical Legal Psychological/Trauma/Counselling Financial issues This is included in the retainer engagement Engagement Survey Popcorn has partnered with a leading edge Engagement Survey provider who will be able to provide access to insights about your team and where/how to improve Engagement (and therefore productivity) levels Participation in such a survey is not included in the retainer engagement

11 The Legal and Regulatory Stuff
Contracts/Job Profiles/Policies Popcorn will audit your current paperwork and make sure that it is compliant with regulatory procedures without being overly bureaucratic SETA and Labour Reporting Popcorn will do all the necessary reporting for you and will claim from the SETA for all the training you do Disciplinary and Grievances Popcorn will assist with all these matters and make sure that they are handled effectively Questions Popcorn will be available for any questions related to people processes

12 Strategic Input Structure and Organisational Design
Popcorn will provide input into your structure and ensure that it is the most efficient for your business Attending Management Meetings Popcorn will attend your monthly management meetings to gain a better understanding of the business and to provide input Process improvement Popcorn will gain an understanding of processes and provide support where and advice where necessary
