Tryout process Students in offseason basketball will need to be ready to tryout the first week of school. Any student that plans on trying out and does not play football needs to register to be in my offseason basketball class. Offseason cuts will be made on the first Friday of the school year (likely keeping in offseason basketball) Those not making it past the first cut of offseason kids will be getting a schedule change out of basketball Students coming from football will tryout the day after their season ends in November. Main Factors: Basketball Skill and System Fit Grades and Behavior Dependability
7
Fall offseason basketball—SEPTEMBER early OCTOBER
Basketball kids will workout with basketball coaches during the period We will have weightlifting opportunities everyday after school We will have open gyms for their skill development after weightlifting We plan on 4 days a week of open gyms We may also have a couple mornings each week for shooting opportunities
