3. Standardized Test Fee IELTS / TOEFL / GRE fees :
You are entitled to registration expenses for TOEFL or
IELTS and GRE (ONLY ONCE)

4. Standardized Test Fee GRE and TOEFL:
We will provide you with Waiver Cards for these tests. You will be required to quote the number of the card at the time of registration.
IELTS fees:
Once you send us the completed IELTS form, we will forward it to the British Council along with the requisite fee.

6. PAT (Computer Training)
How to go about it :
Identify a training center
Send us a completed Computer Training Requisition
Form along with literature / brochure giving details of
the course and course fees.
(Forms to be sent to Akta Sawhney, Program Officer, IFP)
Register ONLY AFTER you have approval from IFP

7. PAT (Computer Training)
Reimbursement Procedure :
After approval from IFP –
Register for the course by making payment yourself
b) Send us the Reimbursement Request, along with the invoice
and receipt
c) Demand Draft towards the reimbursement will be forwarded to you in due course

8. Entitlements (Medical History & Examination Form)
Medical Examination Costs :
Reimbursement permissible only for those tests / check-ups
that are mandatory / required to complete the ‘Application
for Graduate Study (refer Medical History & Examination Form).
IFP will make DIRECT payment to Max Healthcare

For any tests required to complete the Medical History &
Examination Form NOT covered at Max Healthcare –
Reimbursement on ACTUALS, upon production of invoice
receipts
Send us a Reimbursement Request, along with supporting
documents. We will send payment via DD in due course.

10. Entitlements (Travel)
D. Travel Reimbursement :
You are entitled to be reimbursed for all travel undertaken, with prior approval or on request of IFP New Delhi, such as –
travel for attending orientations / training or any other
program organized by IFP
travel to take IELTS / GRE / TOEFL (choose the city
as advised by IFP)
travel to apply for visa.

11. Entitlements (Travel)
Please make sure that you have Prior Approval from us.
We undertake to reimburse you :
Train Travel up to a maximum of II AC train fare on
production of tickets. There is a TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
FORM, please submit all claims through the form.
Accommodation on ACTUALS upon production of bill.
This is limited to a maximum of Rs per day for
a maximum of 2 days. You need to send us a
Reimbursement Request, along supporting documents.

12. Entitlements (Travel)
Allowance of Rs PER TRAVEL to cover your
meals and local transport (A different rate applicable for travel to
attend orientations, English/Computer/GRE/IELTS Training Program).
Daily subsistence for travel to attend orientations,
training programs will be communicated on as & when
basis

13. Sample Reimbursement Request

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS are a MUST, e.g. Invoice,
Receipt, used ticket stubs, etc.
We Will Be Unable To Process Reimbursements in case -
l the supports are Missing
l you did not take prior approval
Please send us ORIGINAL supporting documents
rather than photocopies.
