Who we are and What we do
We are a Barrington-based nonprofit focused on helping families in Northwest Cook and surrounding counties, founded in 2014
We help clients, struggling with financial and personal burdens, by completing essential home repair projects that enable them to remain in the home they own
We do the repairs at no cost to the family.
With “mostly” free labor and discounted/reusable materials, we can do our repairs at very low cost

Our first project was in the summer of 2014, and as of 7/17 we have repaired 10 homes, with several more currently planned
Over 80 volunteers have participated in our home repairs
We are completely funded by individual donations and grants…with no staff expenses since we are completely volunteer-driven

Demonstrates a need for the requested repairs
