5 MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT

6 Activity 1 1.1. Development of Creative Talent and Skills
Open workshops Open for general public, people above 18 interested in CCI. Workshops are oriented on development of creative talent and skills, that are essential for working at cultural and creative industry. Open innovative studio Professional advisory consultation and documentation information centre oriented on innovation and the use of artistic and cultural creative ICT technologies. It will function in cooperation with the creative incubator and independently for external users – creative professionals. Internships at entities operating in CCI

7 Activity 1 1.2. Business Support Creative incubator
Oriented on natural persons who are not entrepreneurs yet and are willing to establish their own enterprise. Consulting service and training courses, e.g. principles of budgeting projects, preparing business plans, professional approaches in business, marketing Rental of working space and technologies under preferential conditions Access to co-working space Creative accelerator Oriented on support of existing creative entrepreneurs that are already operating in CCI (SME). 1. Creative accelerator for beginning enterpreneurs - SME up to three years after the start of its activity. Complex services cover all the needs of a beginning eneterpreneur. 2. Purpose-built/specialized creative accelerator - Provides services focused on improvements of the functioning of a company in one or two areas (marketing, how to use new technologies, protection of intellectual property). 3. Complex creative accelerator - Dedicated to special projects of high potential. Services are focused on improving of existing business and innovations of the business model and its following expansion to the global markets. Budget-priced long-term rental of working space and technologies

8 ACTIVITY 1 1.3. Support of the Access to the Markets
Services supporting the sale of the outcomes of creative work in CC Online presentation of the work of regional artists Further presentation of the work at specialised stores or pop-up stores, at CC Festival support of the activities of CC Support of the presentation and sale of the outcomes of creative work Supporting the attendance at the markets, subcontracting fairs and festivals in Slovakia as well as abroad

9 Activity 1 1.4. Networking Support Networking services
Support cross-sectoral cooperation Building capacities in the form of specific workshops for new skills and knowledge (professional, digital, business) Exchange of experience and knowledge transfer, including international collaboration Enhancing the attractiveness of regions for the entry of international creative talents Giving information on possibilities of networking Organizing networking events for the members of CC Networking support of the members of CC

Reconstruction, modernization and renovation of buildings for the purposes of CC Procurement of technological equipment for the purposes of CC Administration of infrastructure of new CC 1.6. Support for the Establishment and Management of CC Adopting the set of rules of Creative Centre Capacity building of regional participants of CCI Providing the management of Creative Centre Rental of working space and technologies for activities of CC (virtual too)

13 CC PROJECT PREPARATION
Selection process: 1st round Feasibility study Identification of needs, requirements and potentials of the target field Business model of the regional CC (sources, incomes, costs, activities, target groups, partnerships) Implementation of the project of CC (implementation plan, budget) Assumptions and risks and measures to minimize them Partnership and coordination mechanisms Synergies of the project with other activities oriented on development of CCI Sustainability of the project (cost-benefit analysis) Note. Preliminary date of the call is set in the first half of 2017 2nd round Application for non-refundable financial contribution Prior to applying for non-refundable financial contribution, the invitation to public procurement for all the project activities must be made Note. Preliminary date of the call is set in the second half of 2017
