Contract placed with Cryo Diffusion – Delivery Sept 2017.
Engineering completed and approved
Delay expected with manufacturing.
Interconnection – VB to Service Module:

Installation of Valve Box:
M7 valve box and interconnection to Service Module to be installed during SM18 shut down 2017 (End of Sept).
Service Box:
Contract placed with AS Scientific - Delivery Sept 2017.
Delivery 15-Oct-2017
Installation and TL1/TL2 connection -> end Oct 2017

Connection to service box: Duration 2 weeks.

4. M7 Bunker
Planning:
New organigram to present the fellow K Andersen who will joint the technical support of the section

5. RF Tests Issues in SM18 Ph.Gayet (TE-TM 22-Jun-2017)
5: The refrigerator shall exceptionally remain in 80K standby mode during Christmas
CV maintenance to be anticipated in SD
No EL AUG test in January
Additional workload during Christmas break
One week stop for Coldbox regeneration during spring
3 : Crab cavity module connection & cryo preparation without contingency before Christmas
4: The module shall leave SM to be installed in BA6 before closing
Conflict with magnet and M9 tests
NO ROOM FOR RF TESTS
1: No vertical test planned yet
2: One month shift in HIE-Isolde module delivery in M9 > Cold standby of the module during Christmas
