Ingredients for Easter lamb cake
DECORATION: 2 almonds + 1 piece of Hazelnut GLAZE: 1 egg’s white + 1 teaspoon of lemon juice g of icing sugar DOUGH: 200 g caster sugar A pinch of lemon zest 4 egg’s yolk 1 package of vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 eggs 4 egg’s whites 240 g of flour

Recipe for Easter lamb cake
Grease the « lamb » form and powder it with rough flour. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Break-up 4 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. In a bowl whip sugar with 2 eggs, 4 yolks, lemon zest and juice in a whip. Then add gently flour, beat 4 whites in the snow and add it lightly to the mixture. Pour it to the form and bake for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. After baking tip out the lamb from the form and let it cool.

Recipe for Easter lamb cake
Whip the whites with powdered sugar and add drop per drop the lemon juice in it. Decorate the lamb with this icing and use almonds for eyes and the nut for the nose. Enjoy your meal!
