2. Basic Infomation
Both teams will be going to Dayton, OH
ONLY the Armed Team will be going to Daytona, FL
Dates:
March for Dayton, Ohio
May 3-7 for Daytona, Florida
Teams: Color Guard, Inspection, Regulation

3. Hotels
For Ohio we will be staying at the Fairfield Inn
For Florida we will be staying at the Ocean Walk Hilton Inn

4. Cadet housing
4 cadets per room, 3 juniors or sophomores and 1 senior per room to watch them
You can request certain roommates
There will be only one gender per room
After 10:30, the OIC’s will come with duct tape on the doors to shut the rooms for lights out
If the tape is torn after curfew, all cadets in that room, WILL NOT COMPETE!!!!!!!!
Why? Peer pressure can encourage students to follow the rules

5. Drill Schedule

6. Communication:
Cadets will have multiple ways to communicate to their Commanders the OIC’S of each event and the drill NCOIC.
Put a note in the drill mailbox.
Talk in person to the Drill NCOIC, OIC’S , or the cadet’s commanders.

7. Finances
Deposits are due on October 20th, 2016
$50 for Dayton, Ohio
$125 for Dayton, Ohio and Daytona, Florida
THE DEPOSIT IS MANDATORY EVEN IF YOU ARE PAYING IN FULL!
If you plan to pay in full, it will need to be by January 31st, 2017 for Ohio (roughly 2 months before the competition) and March 6th, 2017 for Florida (roughly 2 months before the competition)
