Downloading the WikID Token Installer
Web address: ownloads/software-token-clients/ When you get to the page, you will select the option highlighted in blue below – it’s the second option under “Software Token clients for Windows”

Initiating the Installation
The selected download file will appear at the bottom of your browser window, giving you the opportunity to Save it Select Save when the top pop up appears, and select Run when the bottom pop up appears NOTE: This setup must occur on the computer on which you intend to work. This cannot bee moved from one system to another.

Installing the Token Setup Wizard Follow the instructions
Close all other applications or windows you have open on your computer to update most easily. Click Next to continue.

Choose Install Location Use the default values that appear Click the Install button Installing Content on this screen is not important, but you will see many things scroll by as the green progress bar advances during installation

Completing the Installation is the ONLY time that you will need to do this step Click on the Finish button when this screen comes up To start setting up your WikID, you will need to locate the file that you’ve just installed Go to the START menu of your computer (a button in the bottom left of the screen) and find the following entry

Creating a Passphrase The passphrase is used to initialize your request for a WikID token each time you log in – it will be used to encrypt and secure user token data. Enter something that you will remember as your passphrase. If the entries do not match, you will see a message on the screen as shown here and the Continue button will be grayed out. If they DO match, then click on Continue to save your Passphrase. In the event you have forgotten your token passphrase, please contact your supervisor. If necessary, a new WikID token can be created.

Connecting your Passphrase to an Account
Click again on the WikID icon in the menu When the window appears, click on Actions and then select Pre-Register Domain You will need the following information: Server Code = ########## Registration Code = personal code – provided to you You will need to create a PIN – must be at least 5 digits – this must be something you will always remember as well. You will re-enter it – and if the entries do not agree, you will see a screen as to the left. Once done, please click Continue

Using your WikID Your WikID provides the second factor of two-factor authentication When you are ready to log in, select the WikID option in the Start menu (or set up a desktop shortcut if you prefer) The Passphrase Required window as shown will appear Enter your Token Passphrase into the text box and click Continue You may see a screen like below when you trigger the WikID

Using your WikID Once the Passphrase has been confirmed, it will provide you with a window like the one displayed to the right When you click the Get Passcode button, the second window will appear This is where your PIN is utilized – enter it into the text box and click Continue Once that is complete, the PassCode Request window will display the code that you need – for 60 seconds Once you have the value entered where you need it (in Token on the Citrix login screen), you can click Close or use the X in the top right corner of the window
