The louisana purchase over 800,000 sq. miles of land west of the mississippi river this territory today makes up the states of arkansas, Iowa, kansas, louisana, missouri, montana, nebraska, north dakota, oklahoma, south dakota, and parts of colorado, minnesota, wyomin.
The war of 1812 begins between U.S. and britian treaty of ghent ends the war of 1812.
