5. God’s Work vs. Our Work?
God’s works- filled with majesty- v Heb.-“Hod” – splendor, beauty, glory
Man’s works?- Like a beautiful rose Revelation 14:13
God’s works and Word last forever- v Isaiah 40:6-8
Focus on what lasts- Matthew 6: Luke 12:20 You fool!- This very night!

6. God’s Character is Revealed in His Works v.4
God provides food-v.5- Matthew 6:11- Our daily bread.
For those who fear Him? v. 5 Yes, but! Matthew 5:45- Both good and the wicked!
God is gracious and merciful- v.4-”Unmerited favour”- Lamentations- 3:22-23 – Forever- New every morning!- Forever faithful!
God remembers and fulfills His promises-v.5,7 Numbers 23:19 – You can count on it!
