What is EEA Ozone web? A GIS-based system for collecting, providing and visualizing near real-time ambient ozone levels across Europe. Also provides background information on ozone and its health impacts. Website aimed at use by the general public. Developed 1st half Live in June 2006. Documentation freely available at Eionet CIRCA NRT IG: What is the picture across Europe? How do two regions compare? How is AQ in a region with reference to EU / WHO limit values? What is happening where I am going on holiday? Which parts of Europe are affected by episodes now? What pollution will be exported / imported to a region? Tell me when something is happening in --- Where can I get more info

Principles of data exchange
Control: Data providers remain in control of data provision and use. Visibility: Visibility to data providers (branding and their services). Quality control: Data received in near real-time by EEA will be filtered for data outside pre-set limits and null or error values (see NRT documentation for details). Added value services: EEA aims to provide added value services back to the data provider organisations. What is the picture across Europe? How do two regions compare? How is AQ in a region with reference to EU / WHO limit values? What is happening where I am going on holiday? Which parts of Europe are affected by episodes now? What pollution will be exported / imported to a region? Tell me when something is happening in --- Where can I get more info
