5 Before Activity You told one person a secret, and they promised they would not tell anyone else. When you all get to p.e. you over hear you classmates discussing the same situation that your friend swore to secrecy. How would you feel and what lesson did you learn?

6 During Activity Using the typing paper fold your paper hotdog and hamburger – you need four squares.

10 Let’s Practice: Using the text that you have in front of you:
1. Determine the theme. 2. Justify your answer by citing 3 details as evidence from the text to support your answer.

11 After Activity: In the center of a sticky note write the word “theme.”
In each corner of the paper – write down one thing that is related to theme that we discovered through the lesson.

Write a 4 sentence paragraph explaining how each of those points are related to Theme.
