BACKGROUND OF STUDY Entrepreneurial ethics is the science of how an employer behaves in behaving within a business. Many entrepreneurs ignore the importance of ethics in establishing a business, because they think with the capabilities they possess and the enormous capital of a business is easily established. Where as in the absence of ethics owned by an entrepreneur a business will not run as planned. Because ethics is a study of the right and wrong and the moral choices one makes.

1. Dishonest Symptoms in Society
Entrepreneurs are variously types of businesses that live in the midst of society. They blend together, help each other and sometimes even cheat each other. There are those who are happy to cheat, his life in the realm of dishonesty, the existence of which had been deceived, for not being careful. People are not honest, if they are successful usually only for a while, they got crushed. If you want to be eternal, live quietly, in the likes of everyone, then live with honesty.

Honest is the capital of life
Honest is the capital of life. Similarly, personal behavior and organization of each member of society is not the same. The latest symptom of our society is that it is difficult to find honest people. Therefore an entrepreneur must always be careful, closing all the gaps of the possibility of deceived people. The decline of solidarity, social responsibility and the level of honesty among business groups, and members of society are common phenomena and undermine theories of solidity, liquidity, bonafidity, concerning trust, commonly believed in terms of morals, financial terms, promises, and etc.

Understanding Ethics The term ethics is defined as a standard act that leads the individual to make the decision. Ethics is one that is right and wrong and one's moral choices. Ethical decision is the right thing about standard behavior. Business ethics is sometimes called management ethics, which is the application of moral standards into business activities. So, in fact, that ethical behavior is behavior that follows God's command and avoids its prohibition. In Islam, business ethics has been widely discussed in various literature, and its main source is the Qur'an and Sunnah Rosul.

3. Advantages of Maintaining Ethics
What if the fundamental behavior associated is ethics in society and prevails throughout all ethnic groups there are: Manners, always talk right, frankly, do not cheat, do not stea B. Integrity. G. Respect for others, respect the rights of others, privacy, give consideration to others who are considered useful, do not be prejudiced. H. 4. Consumerism Consumerism is not the same as consumptives-hedonism. Consumtifism is to get rid of a can of buying all sorts of goods or an excessive desire for consumption. Meanwhile, hedonism is like buying luxury goods. Society, because the treatment of entrepreneurs / entrepreneurs who are less good in serving consumers.Consumerism concerns two things: The process of dissatisfaction, injustice received by consumers. 5. Corporate Culture Corporate culture is characteristic of a corporate organization that includes experiences, stories, beliefs and common norms shared by the whole range of companies. For example, in a company we can see how employees dress, speak, serve you, setting the office.The ability to integrate corporate culture is the key to the success of developing and executing the company's strategy for the future. So in the leadership factor is very influential on employees in shaping corporate culture.The culture of this company can make employees passionate, motivated, and disciplined, like, have a high moral, or otherwise not passionate, undisciplined, relaxed, lazy, always expecting rewards.

6. Principles of Ethics and Entrepreneurship Norms
A. Principles of responsibility Responsibility for implementation of work and results. Responsibility for the impact of his profession on the life and interests of others B. The principle of justice (first come first serviced) C. The principle of autonomy (complete freedom in carrying out his profession) The principle of autonomy is limited by responsibility and professional commitment The government may intervene for public safety D. Principles of moral integrity Personal commitment to maintain the nobility of his profession, his good name, as well as the interests of others and society.
