Allele callings (upper numbers) and peak height values (lower numbers), (a) and (b) show the father and the mother's 16, 17, 18 tri-allelic patterns at D3S1358 locus, respectively. (c) Shows the child has only 17, 18 alleles on D3S1358 locus and these alleles have similar peak height values of neighboring homozygote allele. The sum of peak height values of heterozygote alleles is similar to only one allele at D3S1358 locus in child. So, child has tetra-allelic 17, 18, 17, 18 pattern of D3S1358 locus.
