5. Arrival and Departure Times
Please arrive at school on Monday 17th October at 7:45am.
Leave school at 8:00am prompt.
Children need to be dressed ready for a walk - sensible walking shoes and layers.
School will inform parents of arrival (Blog)
Leave Robinwood on Wednesday 19th October at 2.30pm - arrive back at school approx. 5:00 – 5:30pm.
Text parents ETA - come and pick them up then.

6. Required Kit / Items · 3 Sweatshirts / (long sleeved) tops
· 3 Pairs of trousers
· 1 Pair of shorts
· 6 Sets of underwear
· 6 Pairs of socks
· 1 Pair of trainers (indoor use)
· 1 Pair of outdoor shoes/boots
· 2 Towels
· 1 Coat (if required for the journey)
· 1 Warm hat / sun hat
· 1 Set of nightwear
· 1 Bag of toiletries
- Bottle of water and a snack for the coach journey

7. What NOT To Bring
No PHONES: We will text in the evening to let you know that all is well.
No Electronic devices i.e.
no iPods, Tablets, PSP’s etc.

8. Permission forms and Medical and Health Issues
Forms to complete
Please note EVERYTHING - we would rather know too much than too little. If possible, please complete the forms tonight and give to us now.
If you have medication for your child please bring it in a plastic bag on the morning of departure, with the dosage clearly denoted, and Mrs Thorley will collect it in.
Travel sickness tables (including sufficient quantity for return journey)
