2 Timothy 4:7-8 Don’t waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives tale. Spend your and energy in training yourself for spiritual fitness. Physical fitness has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important, for it promises a reward in both this life and the next. New life bible

Incorporate different elements into your training

12 And finally… Getting into shape doesn’t come by accident – physically or spiritually. Though will never fully become like Jesus this side of heaven, tremendous progress can be made if we train
