Who am I? William Golding’s Lord of the Flies

2 Who am I? I disappear early in the story never to appear again.

3 I am the boy with the mulberry colored birthmark

4 Who am I? I sharpen a stick at both ends
I take pleasure in hurting others I kill Piggy by dropping a boulder on his head.

5 I am Roger.

6 Who am I? I am the first to make fun of Piggy.
I am the only one to admit that they boys murdered Simon. I am the only boy able to speak to the Naval Commander at the end of the story.

7 I am Ralph.

8 Who am I? I am mistaken for the Beastie and killed by the other boys on the island. I am a loner who likes to be in Nature. I am kind to the littuns.

9 I am Simon.

10 What am I? When I am discovered, I help Ralph get elected as leader. When I break, order is lost. All rules are ignored. No meetings are possible. Only one voice is heard: Jack’s.

11 The Conch!

12 What am I? No one can seem to keep me going. Without me there is no hope, no rescue. I almost destroy the island, which ironically, is what helps the Navy ship come to the boys’ rescue.

13 I am fire!

14 Who am I? Ironically, I appear after Ralph asks for a sign from the adults. I fall from the sky in the middle of the night amidst firefighting. I am mistaken for the beastie. I am a reminder that the world is at war.

15 I am the parachutist.
