Identify and correct discrepancies when observed

Law makes provisions for annual compliance survey reviews
Historically surveys have been conducted every 2 – 3 years.
Currently policy advisement: reasonable to expect annual surveys if there is an active veteran population.
Make files physically or electronically available - 38 USC 3690 (c)
Minimum of 3 years after completion of a program
