Each condo will have their own HVAC unit and water heater.
The common spaces (hallways, restroom, lobby) will be cooled with a water chilled system.
Each floor has two mechanical chase spaces for main water lines, sprinkler lines, soil lines, and HVAC.
There is one unisex accessible restroom on every floor.
Boiler provides hot water to the retail spaces and restaurants.
