2. Purpose
provide a pathway for students to work towards obtaining the Dogwood Certificate
maintain students’ connection with their school

3. EXPECTATIONS attend at a rate of 90% work independently
complete one course every 6 weeks

4. Referral Process
referred by a counselor or Administrator through a Resource Team meeting

5. Intake Process
the Alternate Education teacher will contact the parent/guardian for an intake meeting
Both student and parent are expected to attend the intake meeting prior to the student attending classes.
