2. Financial implementation of the LSoCA, state of play as of 31 May 2014
LSoCA form a set of project intends aimed at addressing the problems of MRC. These project intends together and in one location generate synergistic effects on all aspects of life of the Roma community and ultimately act to improve the living conditions of the Roma community. OP

Members of the Monitoring Group of Complex Approach stated on its regular meeting held on 12 November 2013 that the model of coordination of the complex approach implementation within the programmning period – 2013 has not met the expectations due to the competence limitations of the coordinator of HP MRC.
The Working Group of the Plenipotentiary of the SR for Roma communities for funds of EU cohesion policy in the programming period 2014 – 2020 recommended on its meeting held on 11 February 2014 to make a use of achieved experience in a field of complex approach in the programming priod 2014 – 2020. 7 7

Project intends submitted wothin the LSoCA support within such activities, respectively measures of priority axes of 6 OP – ROP, OP EaSI, OP Edu, OP H, OP CaEG, OP Env.
Individual demand-driven project intends out of the scope of the LSoCA submitted within such activities, respectively measures of priority axes of OP which are directly aimed at MRC, thus within the OP EaSI 2.1, OP EaSI 2.2, OP Edu 3.1, ROP 4.1 c
