3 Crisis Impacts on the Slovak Economy
I Q 2009 data Slovak economy: decline of GDP by 5,6 %, unemployment rate amounts to 10,3 %, drop of export by 28,6 % Industries: fall of production in automobile industry by 41,6 %, metallurgy by 33,5%, engineering by o 32 %, industry employment decreased by 38 thous. persons TCI: fall of production by 16 %; decrease of employees by 5 thous. persons (the same number as in 2008 in total) Bratislava

Working groups of ATOP are dealing with these recommendations and the recommendations will be resubmitted during next meetings with state administrations Bratislava
