Giuseppe Raviola, MD, MPH; Stephanie Smith, MD; Alexandra Rose, MS; Sarah Coleman, MPH; Cidna Valentin, PhD; Deborah Hayes Stone, PsyD Sustained Clinical Supervision and Provider Mentorship Safety, Quality, Outcomes Measurement, and Performance Improvement Targeted Research Support Program Implementation Assistance Role of Team: -Support planning and implementation -Support clinical supervision -Liaison with local programmatic leadership -Liaison with Boston cross-site teams (Monitoring Evaluation Quality Team, Supply Chain etc) -Liaison with service, research, training partners at PIH/Harvard affiliated hospitals and elsewhere -Serve as hub for strengthening of tools and platforms, benchmarking, sharing of lessons Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Clinical Supervision Collaborations and Support Harvard Medical School Department Global Health and Social Medicine Research Collaborations and Support
