Upload any file type (we preview over 1,000 types in the browser)
Assign a DOI on an item-level
Store item in perpetuity (and backed up in DPN)
Track usage stats and Altmetrics (more exposure)
Collaborate with researchers inside or outside your institution

figshare has an open API and integrations with RSpace and other systems so you don’t have to upload the same data twice
